Community Christmas Dinner

This annual community dinner, held on Christmas Day, serves over 3500 free hot meals to the needy, homeless and local community.
Christmas guests enjoy a turkey dinner with all the trimmings, takeout lunch bag, holiday musical entertaiment, festivities and a gift from Santa for the children.
Hundreds of volunteers provide the food preparation, service and delivery to dinner guests as well as to home-delivered meal recipients.

Volunteer positions are filled by November. Please call beginning Sept. 2012 at 795-9671.
The Salvation Army accepts donations of frozen turkeys, frozen, pre-baked pies, white loaves of bread, dinner rolls .... and cooked hams for this event!
Food donations are accepted year-round to help with the daily feeding programs and food boxes.
