Please note that this application is for consideration for the ENCORE! Fashion Show, Sunday, May 2 at La Paloma. A signature must be included with each application to be valid. Models must attend a fitting for outfit. On the chance they can NOT make a fitting they will need to wear their own outfit and donate it to event - FOLLOWING consultation and acceptance of desired outfit by ENCORE! Event Director, Tamara. The model will be admitted to event fre of charge and provided food before the show. Any add'l models friends, family will be subject to general admission.
